Brotherhood cannot be imposed by laws & regulations.  It can come about only when people eradicate their attitude of selfishness, greed and egotism.

May Allah  allow us to be committed to our Islamic principles, thus seeing its reflection in our environment, the MCC.  May Allah also eradicate the selfishness, greed, anger, and egotism that may lie within us and allow us to see the fruits of brotherhood that were found in the Muhajiroon and the Ansar.  O Allah join our hearts the way you joined the hearts of the Muhajiroon and the Ansar.  Keep us firm to the principles which you have set in Your book (the Quran) and in the Sunnah of Your final Messenger.  O Allah allow us to be good examples not only to our children, family and friends but to the ummah in general and to the non Muslims as a whole.  Ameen!
