A beautiful sunnah to praise and glorify Allah:

Ibn Abbas said that Allah’s messenger exited from Juwayriah’s house while she was in her place of prayer, and when he returned she was still in the same state so he said to her, “Are you still in your place of prayer?”  She answered, “Yes.”  He then addressed her saying, “After I left you I said 4 words, three times, if they were to be weighed with what you said during this whole time my words would outweigh them;

“SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi”

Allah be glorified and praised -

“Adada Khalqihi”

(In quantity) as numerous as His creation -

“Wa Ridaa Nafsihi”

(And with quality) that makes Him pleased -

“Wa Zinata Arshihi”

(And with the value) and weight of His throne -

“Wa Midaada Kalimaatihi”

And the transcendence of His words
