Commencing Ramadaan

            The Religious committee has voted and decided that we at the MCC will commence and start Ramadaan with the first country that sights the moon, including  America. 

             We contemplated this subject a lot and we know that this is a very sensitive  subject for our entire community, but we feel that we made the right choice for our community thus trying to facilitate ease for everyone.  May Allah allow us to come together and that He join our hearts upon these decisions that are made solely for His sake.  

            Insha Allah we will be announcing Ramadaan this year via a couple of different ways and they are: Global connect (automated system that will call everyone’s home with a pre-recorded message), website and on our answering machine.
